A potential treatment that has a "TEMPORARY" beneficial effect, that could turn into a usable drug in the distant future! That sounds like it fits exactly into business models.

Hey, everyone! Does anyone have any idea if the following can cause any kind of copyright or other problems:
I have a blog about health and I'd like to create some posts where I summarize some of the information in some of these clips. I intend to do it by watching a bunch of videos and sharing links about where I got the information from (mainly - sources like this channel). Is that cheating, copyright infringement, etc? Thank a bunch! Also, would love to get an answer from the people over at SciShow.

I'm getting very Flowers For Algernon-y vibes from this...

I’ve heard that the plaques might form to kill of prions so it would kind of be like a auto immune response

As long as they don't give it to chimps. This all sounds very familiar

This makes me think of Flowers for Algernon

I hope this research leads to an actual treatment and hopefully cure. My mom died a few months ago with dementia and it was an awful thing, and now, even though I’m not yet 50, I have memory loss myself and I suspect I will be following in her footsteps soon. I really hope a treatment is developed before I’m too far gone.

A person with early-stage Alzheimer's might have only minor problems remembering things but eventually, they may start repeating themselves, getting lost in familiar places, having trouble completing everyday tasks, and repeating themselves.

... missed opportunities.

Interesting video, surely. But why speaking so fast?? A genuine chatterbox. ;-)) For non-scientists, it's sometimes rather difficult to follow.

For me, Alzheimer's disease is one of the worst things a person can get as they get older. instead of dying a peaceful, dignified death, you die slowly, piece by piece which this disease makes me hope that I die young. Why would I want to waste away in a nursing home when I can go out happy? I never really understood why people say they'd want to live to be 100 years old.

I would say my money is on the low dose psilocybin or LSD for the win but now that pharma money is involved I doubt we will ever see it.

Can we get a Green Brothers Special on the topic of the South China Sea, China's threats to sink our Aircraft Carriers and the technological leaps in our stand off weapons and China's man made islands lol
